ABOUT US

About the Founder

A visionary, an activist and a person full of compassion, a standing woman of substance, Rajeswari Balasubramanian, the founder of Find Women Society.

Being a Teacher she had the burning desire to mold future  generations into good citizens and that burning has transformed into the NGO, Find Women Society, a non-profit organization working for the empowerment of rural and tribal women and children. The main focus is on uplifting transgenders. Social exclusion and economic vulnerability means that sex work is often the most viable form of income available to transgenders. The organization strives to rehabilitate them.
