FIND WOMEN SOCIETY is Educating School Dropouts. Those girls and boys who have the desire to study,, but denied due to poverty and other family conditions are supported by the society to continue their studies through open schooling. We help them to write 8th, 10th and 12th board exams through open schooling.
The society also supports Youth girls and boys, who have completed 12th but not able to. Joining hands with other NGOs We place them in reputed colleges and also help them in getting scholarships.
Free are conducted for children whose parents are daily wagers through well educated volunteers.
FIND WOMEN SOCIETY joining hands with other NGOs and Corporate is helping Transgenders in getting Jobs in corporate and private sectors.
Transgenders of Kallakuruchi are trained in soap making by the FIND WOMEN SOCIETY. The raw materials required for soap making is provided to them by the Society. They are earning by selling the Handmade soaps. Since they are getting a constant income from soap making they have stopped going to shops asking for money.
